It blends Ashwagandha, an adaptogen and gentle tonic that calms the stress response, counteracts inflammation and restores libido and vitality; Qian Ma (Nettle), a nutrient dense tonic that cools and nourishes the blood; Gan Cao (Licorice), an overall adrenal tonic; Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra) to tonify qi, support the kidneys and bind the essence; Yi Mu Cao (Motherwort) to nourish the heart qi and calm the spirit. 
The tea contains organically cultivated herbs, and no added ingredients.
