Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Except in the case of the “first-time purchase money back guarantee”, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the seal on top of the boxes cannot be broken or opened.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All types of goods not bought on serendipitea.world are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return:
- send an email with a clearly stated refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your refund request, we give clear instructions to send the goods back.
Please do not send your purchase back except in accordance with our instructions.
FIRST-TIME PURCHASE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We are confident that you will enjoy our products! The first time you purchase a particular item from us, we allow a full refund provided that no more than 20% of the product by weight has been consumed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to withdraw this guarantee by updating these Terms of Service at any time. The Terms of Service in effect at the time the order is placed prevail.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or other original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If we have approved your refund but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
